Apple iPhone will soon get the iTunes WiFi Music Store service.

The new feature will probably be included in the upcoming software update, but no specific date was announced yet. It's a pity the service will use Wi-Fi connectivity instead of EDGE.

The iPhone's official AIM client, the Apollo IM has been updated again.

This time developers added sound and vibrate alerts in the application - two important features lacking on the BETA version 0.1. But that's not all, several adjustments to the UI were also made, including the addition of the "buddy info" and "suspend" mode.

According to reports, Apple plans to launch new ringtone-management software for the iPhone.

The new service will give users the ability to convert any portion of any song from iTunes into a ringtone (not for free, of course). No pricing or availability details have been announced yet, and we can't be sure that the software will actually be released, but stay tuned, as things will get clear really soon.

According to rumor spread by Digi Times, claiming to have the info from insiders in Taiwan, the new iPod video line will feature a widescreen with touch-sensitive UI, Wi-Fi connectivity and will be slimmer due to its flash-based memory.

These are scheduled for release in the end of September or in early October.

Additionally, Nano and Shuffle iPods will be upgraded with a larger capacity and iPhone-like UIs, but will cost the same.

There are many rumors today saying that the second version of the Apple iPhone will be available very soon. According to Taiwan's Commercial Times, Taiwanese manufacturer Wintek received orders to produce touch-screen panels for the upcoming device. The iPhone 2 should become available this September for an expected price of $249 and $299.

DomainTools Blog has recently reported that Apple bought the iphone.com domain for a solid seven-digit amount. Now users visiting iphone.com will get sent to Apple's iPhone page .

There is a rumor saying that the iPhone will support Nintendo games. They will be available through the iTunes store for $29 each. This rumor is not senseless, as Nintendo today has a large amount of games already working with a touch-screen on the Nintendo DS. Also we know that games will be targeted mostly at older audience so as not to block DS sales.
