We don't know if the messaging is included in the mix, but it looks like new iPhone owners will be paying more for the data used: $30 per month for simple and $45 for business users.
Regarding voice plans, we only know that the pricing will start from $39.95, but a more detailed pricelist will be available when the device actually ships.

Late, but nevertheless Pantech Breeze became available for purchase on AT&T's website.

AT&T announced they are about to complete upgrading their 3G network to HSPA (HSDPA + HSUPA).
HSUPA provides upload speeds ranging from 500 to 800Kbps when used with compatible devices, so it's a serious step forward.
The company also said that in a month they will have 275 markets covered by the new network, and by the end of the year they plan to extend it to 350 markets.

These are unofficial, and are subject to change: as expected, AT&T will be the first to get the Bold, and will start selling it for $300 in July.
Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile customers will be able to get their hands on the device in September. It sounds strange, but apparently T-Mobile will offer the phone for $350.
If something changes, we'll let you know.

Moreover, by 2010, its network should be capable of 100Mbps downloads thanks to 4G LTE.
However, these are just talks; the real speed will be much slower, and that's for sure...
