eXpansys UK came up with a great deal on the BenQ E72. It's definitely not a top of the range handset, but if you're short on money, but want a decent smartphone - look no further. The price is currenly £84.99, but you should hurry up, as this is the eXpansys Deal of the Week, and they end really fast!

BenQ has announced a new MID device, the S6. While we have no official info on its pricing and the release date, we can tell for sure the phone will be available worldwide when it's released, and will feature the following:

BenQ has released the successor to its E53 3G phone, the the E55 model. It will cost around $230, and will be available for purchase in Taiwan in the end of July.

Benq C36 is a recently announced candybar music-centric phone for Indonesian market (initially).

The C36 comes with dedicated music playback buttons in addition to stereo speakers installed around the camera. See more feature details below. No word on pricing and availability as of yet.

Not long ago we mentioned the latest phone from BenQ called T60.

Now we know it will be available this month in Taiwan, Turkey, and Bangladesh. Just to remind you, the handset measures just 8.9 mm and has a built-in 3.2Mpix camera, 2.2" QVGA display, GPRS data (yuck), media player, FM radio, 24MB of internal memory expandable via microSD slot.

Apparently BenQ are still making cell phones. Here's their latest device, the slim and stylish T60.

It measures just 8.9mm thick, and has the following key specs:

• Networks: GSM/GPRS 900/1800 MHz;
• Display: 2.2", 320õ240, 262K;
• Camera: 3.2Mpix;
• Audio: MP3 player, FM radio;
• Memory: 24MB internal, microSD slot;

BenQ presented its two new smartphones at MWC, the NFC-capable T80 and the lower-end T60.

The first model features a 2.2" display, 3Mpix camera, microSD slot, uses Near Field communication technology, and is DLNA compliant.

The T60 is an ordinary smartphone equipped with a 2Mpix camera and the largest screen among all handsets thinner than 10mm.

One of the last handsets from BenQ Siemens was the SL98 reverse slider.

Its main attribute is the pop-out display sliding out of the keypad instead of vice versa. The phone is no longer available from the manufacturer, but has recently been seen on the German eBay website. Unfortunately, the auction is over, but it's nice knowing that this one-of-a-kind phone is out there.
