BGR has posted a list of the upcoming handsets that will be released in the nearest future on T-Mobile U.S. One of them is the BlackBerry Curve 8900 coming on February 18th, as expected. Other devices are listed below:

BlackBerry users in the U.S. who use TiVo services will probaly be glad to hear this: Sling has announced the availability of the SlingPlayer for BlackBerry BETA software, which can be downloaded from here.

A new firmware update for the BlackBerry Storm 9530 has leaked in the web and is available for download. According to the source, the new OS 4.7.0.85 is noticeably improved and offers better accelerometer controls, improved typing feel, and bug fixes, as usual.

The update is not official (Verizon might pick it up soon, though), so install it at your own risk. You'll need to have the most recent OS build running on your device to upgrade it to this latest one.

This is just a rumor, but according to it T-Mobile US will soon be launching the BlackBerry 8900 Curve for its customers, on Feb 18th to be exact. Well, it's about time.

Also, they say that LG Renoir will be launched alongside the BB 8900.

These are some of the features of the future BlackBerry Enterprise 5.0 OS that have been leaked today. We don't know when the new OS will be available, most likely in April 2009, but we're positive that RIM will release at least two more updates for the current 4.7 build before then.

The following information is not confirmed yet, but it looks like T-Mobile subscribers in the U.S. will be getting the BlackBerry 8900 Curve on February 18th next year. The said handset comes with a 512MHz processor and 192MB of RAM, but sadly lacks 3G support.

BlackBerry Storm users on Verizon will be able to have TeleNav on their handset, as TeleNav has just launched its new TeleNav GPS Navigator service for the device.

First 30 trial days are free of charge and imply no limitations, but once the trial is over you’ll have to pay $9.99 monthly to keep the service running.

T-Mobile has become the first carrier in the UK to offer the 3G-less BlackBerry Curve 8900. It is already available in stores and online for just £31.50 (about $47) with an 18-month plan.

Verizon has released a new firmware update for its BlackBerry Storm. The new version 4.7.0.83 is considerably higher than the previous 4.7.0.76, yet we still don't know what are the changes/improvements/fixes included in the latest build.

But it wouldn't hurt if you update your handset anyway, would it?

BlackBerry Storm 9530 is once again available at the Bell's website, so now you have another chance to buy one for yourself. Hurry up, though, as the quantity is limitted, and the handset sells like hot cakes.

You can get it for $249.95 on a 3-year contract with a minimum $45 voice/data plan, or for $699.95 outright.
