How do you like that? Some sources report that the fpopular BlackBerry Bold actually costs just $169.41 to manufacture. Cheap, you say? And now compare this figure with the subsidized price of US$337 that poor Canadians have to pay for the handset. That's what I call a daylight robbery!

A HowardForums' user (VZW E) has leaked some release information for the highly anticipated BlackBerry Storm. He said the handset would be available at corporate stores starting November 15th and on the 16th at BestBuy locations. During the first week after the release, corporate stores will be opening 1 hour earlier due to the high demand for the handset. The price is still unknown, however.

Some leaked screenshots have unveiled BestBuy's pricing and availability details on the BlackBerry Storm for Verizon. As you can see in the pic, the phone will be added to stock on November 16th, but the price of $699.99 is too high for an average user.

Right the same day AT&T has announced the BlackBerry Bold, the said carrier-branded handset has appeared at eBay. It's a usual practice nowadays that one can find the desired phone before its official release. However, the price for the new Bold is just too unreasonable, and I would suggest you to wait until November 4th.

Finally, AT&T has announced that the long-awaited BlackBerry Bold will be launched on Tuesday, November 4th, and will be available for $300 after a 2 year contract and a mail-in rebate. Don't miss this!

FCC has approved the BlackBerry Storm for Verizon. They didn't name it, but just take a look at the attached picture and try to say we're wrong. Well, the release is still scheduled for November, and we continue to play the waiting game...

T-Mobile has released the OS 4.5 update for its BlackBerry Curve 8320.

The update fixes a number of bugs and adds HTML email support, attachment downloading and editing, video recording capabilitiy, and more.

To download the update go to T-Mobile BlackBerry upgrade website, find the 8320 model and press "get software" button.

BGR has managed to get a print out of a Best Buy product sheet indicating the in-stock date of the BlackBerry Storm, November 16. Best Buy has confirmed that, and while the actual release date still remains a mistery, there's a good chance the handset would be available just before Thanksgiving.

According to multiple sorces, he following BlackBerries will be released by Rogers next year, one handset each quarter... atleast. There may be more of these coming up, so check back sometimes.
