Orange will be the first operator to offer the BlackBerry Bold in the UK. Subscribers will be able to get the handset starting August 16th for free with an 18-month contract with a £45 monthly plan.

Rogers is all set to release the BlackBerry Bold. Atleast this is the first idea that comes to my mind when I look at the picture above.
While it may look like a huge Blackberry handset, but it's actually the Rogers Bold launch kit full of flyers, informational pamphlets and all kinds of other goodies that will soon be handed out to prospective buyers.

According to BGR, who have managed to get a hold of Sprint’s latest roadmap, in a couple of months the carrier will be offering the new BlackBerry 8350i. The handset should be released during Q4; it will lack the external antenna, unlike reported previously, and will feature Wi-Fi connectivity, 2Mpix camera, GPS and will be powered by OS 4.6.

It has been 10 months already since RIM announced its BlackBerry Pearl 8130 for CDMA operators. And only now Virgin Mobile Canada decided to pick this one up. Better late than never? Well, think again: the phone is available for free on a 3-year contract, $299 on a 2-year plan, $349 on a 1-year plan and $399 on a 30-day contract.

RIM has suddenly decided to rebrand its BlackBerry KickStart 8220 clamshell to BlackBerry Pearl 8220. The reasons that prompted RIM to make this move are so far unclear, but who cares, right? :)
Anyway, there will be two similar models available, the 8820 with Wi-Fi radio on-board for T-Mobile and the GPS-enabled 8210 for AT&T. The choice is yours.

According to BGR, the new Blackberry Kickstart will soon be available from the largest Canadian GSM carrier Rogers. The release date is not confirmed yet, but it's a matter of weeks... Rogers will also launch the Motorola ROKR E8 for $99.99, the Samsung T336 for $49.99, the Sony Ericsson Walkman W760a for $79.99, and finally the Sony Ericsson W350a for $29.99 - all with a 3-year contract.
