Rogers Wireless announced its new BlackBerry data plans, which include browsing, email, and strangely, no unlimited BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) option. Prices are as following:
- $30 - 300 MB;
- $60 - 1 GB;
- $80 - 3 GB;
- $100 - 6 GB.
Pretty expensive, though the includded data is sufficient for monthly usage, even with the upcoming 3G BlackBerry Bold.

The device you see on the image here is apparently the upcoming BlackBerry 9500 Thunder - yet another iPhone killer.
Featured at the Horizon Wireless' website, it is already available for pre-order. We can't tell much from what we see in the pic - it's a blurred-out image of a keyboard-less all-touchscreen handset, similar in design to the RIM's BlackBerry lineup.
So, since the device is only rumored, we would prefer to wait for the 3G iPhone to come out instead.

Canadian Rogers Wireless is getting ready to release the WiFi-enabled BlackBerry Pearl 8120.
The carrier already offers two of the previous Pearls, and there's no reason to believe they will limit themselves to this couple.
Pricing and availability details haven't been announced yet.

As expected, Rogers will be the first Canadian carrier to offer the upcoming BlackBerry Bold.
All willing can sign up on their web site to get a notification, when the device will become available.
However, we can't tell exactly WHEN it will hit the stores, but I guess it would be safe to bet on summer.

RIM announced the BlackBerry Media Sync, a new software designed to "transfer your desktop iTunes music files" to BlackBerry handsets.
We assume that it was developed specifically for the media-centric BlackBerry Bold, but who knows... We'll find this out when it is released.
...No, we don't know the date.

These are unofficial, and are subject to change: as expected, AT&T will be the first to get the Bold, and will start selling it for $300 in July.
Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile customers will be able to get their hands on the device in September. It sounds strange, but apparently T-Mobile will offer the phone for $350.
If something changes, we'll let you know.
