Nokia's new 1680 classic is the most affordable cameraphone the company has.
It comes with all the essential functions of a mobile phone (quad-band GSM, GPRS/EDGE data, 128x160 65K color TFT screen, poly/mp3 support, Java), and features a crappy VGA camera, which even has video capturing capability.
The price is just 50 Euros.
