If you recall, we have first seen the ASUS P320 Galaxi Mini at CeBIT show a few months back. Now the phone has appeared at the FCC site with no hints on its pricing and availability in the U.S. Until we hear an official announcement from Asus of some US carrier, we can just play the waiting game...

Vodafone has recently presented a new search service called Otello.

In order to perform a search it needs an image. For instance, you send a photo of a celebrity via MMS to a specified number, and Otello gives you the corresponding information, that is if it recognizes the image. This happened at the presentation at CeBIT when German Chancellor Angela Merkel sent her own photo and received a negative response.

As we informed you a couple of days ago, Nokia launched the new Nokia 6650 for T-Mobile at CeBIT 2008 show.

Now we have more details about this model to share with you.

Nokia 6650 is a multimedia clamshell with a 2.2" TFT QVGA display, HSDPA connectivity, 2Mpix camera, built-in A-GPS, 30MB of on-board memory, music player with FM radio, Bluetooth connectivity, and a microSD card slot.

 

It looks like ASUS intends to become a major Pocket PC and smartphone maker. Recently at CeBIT the company showcased four of its new handsets, one of which is the touchscreen communicator P560.

ASUS P560 specifications:

• Support for GSM (quad-band)/GPRS/UMTS/HSDPA networks;
• Windows Mobile 6.

T-Mobile Germany recently announced the MDA compact IV Windows Mobile smartphone at the CeBIT 2008.

This is a new HTC-made handset running Windows Mobile 6.1 platform, and featuring HSDPA support, 3Mpix AF camera, 4GB of on-board memory, VGA (640×480) touchscreen, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity.

At this year's CeBIT show ASUS will be showcasing its new ZX1 Lamborghini branded PDA phone.

We have no idea how it looks (the device on picture is fake), but the expected specs are pretty impressive. Just to name a few of them, the handset runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro, operates on a Qualcomm's 520 MHz CPU, and features HSDPA support, GPS, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.

While being on CeBIT 2007 Samsung introduced the SGH-P110 messaging phone. This phone is a good idea for those who prefer to get the message across via text instead of voice. For this purpose the device has a QWERTY keyboard, e-mail support, and instant message service compatibility. The phone can also boast such features as Bluetooth connectivity and a speakerphone function.
