The Pantech C3 has been launched by Cingular. This one is a minor update to the C300 that was launched last Spring. The C3 has the same small size of the C300 and as Pantech says still qualifies as the "smallest camera flip phone".

The Pantech C3 includes the following features:

• VGA camera with flash
• Changeable color faceplates
• MP3 ringtones
• Small size, just 2.

Cingular announced the BlackBerry Pearl - the first BlackBerry to sport a camera and is also the first to use a trackball instead of scroll wheel. The Pearl contains all of the email features BlackBerry is famous for, and is designed for consumers instead of business users.

As we informed you a week ago, Cingular announced LG CU400. And now CU400 was launched by Cingular. It is the first time when Cingular offers a relatively low-end handset with 3G connectivity, as before Cingular has kept 3G for more expensive handsets. The CU400 is compatible with Cingular Video and MobiTV.

Cingular Wireless L.L.C. launches new Palm Treo 680. The device combines enterprise applications with multimedia to meet expectation of those who seek affordable productivity and entertainment in the same package. The Palm Treo 680 is compatible with Cingular's GSM/GPRS/EDGE network. The Treo 680 relies on the Palm operating system and provides access to e-mail, documents, spreadsheets and a variety of messaging applications along with a digital camera, camcorder, video player and MP3 player.

LG Electronics USA announces the new, clamshell phone LG CU400 for Cingular.

It is a 3G phone, featuring 850/1900 UMTS for the States and quad-band GSM, capable of World Roaming. The phone has 176x220 pixels internal color display and monochrome external one, and VGA camera for QVGA videos. LG CU400 features Push-to-Talk and Bluetooth v1.

Meet the 8525 Pocket PC and i607 BlackJack Smarphone these are Windows Mobile-powered phones featuring HSDPA high-speed 3G data.

The 8525 (TyTN) being the successor of the 8125 (Wizard) is made by HTC. The device has better camera , 400 MHz processor, and world-capable GSM/UMTS frequencies.

The successor of the i320 is the BlackJack Samsung's HSDPA Smartphone .

Cingular Wireless, cellular operator, announced about dealing with banks to let its customers manage their money by cell phone as part of a push to expand phone use beyond talking. Users will have the possibility to use the banking feature to view account balances, transfer funds and pay bills on their cell phones by downloading an application that Cingular is testing.

The Samsung BlackJack was launched by Cingular. The BlackJack's slim QWERTY smartphone and features places it in head-to-head competition with the Motorola Inc. Q and the Nokia Corp. The BlackJack which is also known as the SGH-i607, is one of only a few HSDPA compatible handsets in their lineup. The BlackJack runs on Microsoft Corp.

On the Cingular’s official webpage you can now get the Samsung A707 - the new clamshell supporting HSDPA high-speed data. The handset is a 3G successor of the ZX20 and ZX10 models. Samsung A707 includes multimedia features, music-dedicated keys and A2DP for stereo music over Bluetooth, 2-megapixel camera, which can record video, and its memory can be expanded with microSD card.

Cingular 8525 Pocket PC was launched by Cingular Wireless. The 8525 is an update to the popular Cingular 8125 . The Cingular 8525 includes the Messaging and Security Feature Pack for Windows Mobile 5.0. With Direct Push Technology, email, calendar, tasks and contacts are always-up-to-date making it very easy for users to stay on top of their jobs.
