Wow, that's new - a cell phone looking like a pistol. Personally I like the design, but such an idea will never be implemented in reality. Besides, I can't think of someone wanting such a phone to use in his daily life. Just imagine yourself using it in a public place. :)

This is the conceptual Glassy Glassy phone, a clamshell handset almost completely made of fragile glass. I know, it's cool and all to have a transparent phone, but what if you suddenly break it? Look at how thin it is...
When it will be possible to create such a phone, they better make these from bulletproof glass. Atleast that would be a guarantee it won't break the next day.

- 850 x 480 pixel touchscreen;
- Dual cameras;
- USB connectivity;
- microSD card expansion
But remember - it's just a concept.

Check this out. This is a new eco-phone concept that won the first place in the Istanbul Design Week 2007.
The device consists of eco-friendly materials and can be folded into a “packet”, as you can see it looks like an unfolded pattern with a screen and keypads.
An original design indeed.

Here a cool and original concept of a phone designed specifically for those, who use cell phones only for talking.
This contraption is called Hand phone, and was created by an Italian industrial designer Biodomotica. By the looks of it, the device doesn't seem to be very comfortable, especially for us, who hold the phone in a traditional manner. In addition, judging by the presence of a small screen and a set of keys I can tell it can also send SMS messages.

Personally, I think this is the best Sony PSP phone concept yet! Just look at it. It has a sliding keypad, or rather a game controller, which you can hide under the touch-sensitive screen whenever you quit playing and use the device as a phone.
Sony Ericsson, why don't you guys take this model into consideration? It's a real gold mine, people! Don't get

Here's a new RIM Blackberry concept, a phone with an angular keypad, which, according to the company, should make things easier for users. The same design will also be used for touch-sensitive keypads of future Blackberry models. Apart from that, Blackberrys will also come with LG Shine-like scrollers.

Hate typing text messages while wearing winter gloves? We know you do. Well then check this out: this is the new Polar, a concept phone designed especially for that purpose. Its keypad is much larger than usual and should ease a bit typing in winter conditions. Still, the handset looks big and unhandy, but it's a good start anyway.
