The new luxurious Samsung Ego S9402 is a bit similar to Vertu, but is considerably cheaper than most of the Vertu's models. It costs "just" $1,543, and has some nice specifications such as dual-SIM card slots, Bang & Olufsen sound processor, 2" QVGA AMOLED display, and 5Mpix camera. Any takers?

It's made of a “liquid metal” composite alloy developed by Caltech, and reportedly is 3 times stronger, withstands 1.8 times the pressure, is 1.6 times more flexible, and has 3 times better vibration absorption and 100% lower thermal conductivity than titanium. In addition, the phone also offers a nice set of features, which however doen't include Wi-Fi and 3G support.
