The practically indestructible LG G Flex is getting a treat from T-Mobile today.The update brings T-Mobile’s LG G Flex up to Android 4.4.2 KitKat, and adds LG’s Knock Code feature and of course some bugfixes that should improve battery life and make you G Flex run a little smoother.The update isn’t massive, but it’s not so tiny either. Clocking in at 150MB, you may want to wait to be connected to WiFi before attempting to download the update.

AT&T’s support website has pointed out that they will be making available the OTA Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for the LG G Flex from Thursday, April 17th.The LG G Flex’s Android 4.4.2 KitKat update will be huge at 686MB, which means it is also highly recommended that your handset has at least 50% charge on its battery remaining, not to mention being connected to a Wi-Fi network.AT&T has reiterated that this particular update will roll out in stages, so if you are not on the receiving end of it tomorrow, fret not – it will arrive to your smartphone eventually.
