Toshiba Portege G810 to be released on June 20th

According to Akihabara, Toshiba is planning to release its Portege G810 smartphone on June 20th.

We don't know where exactly it will be available and how much it will cost, so stay tuned for more details as we get them. Meanwhile, here's a short speclist to give you an idea of what the device has to offer:

AT&T Brings BlackBerry Bold to the U.S.

AT&T launched a promo website for the upcoming U.S. version of the BlackBerry Bold, i.e. the same Bold only with an AT&T logo on it. The carrier didn't announce the exact release date yet, but we hope to see the device in the U.S. within the July timeframe.

The feature list is taken from the site and can be found below:

  • GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA support;
  • Integrated Wi-Fi/GPS;
  • 480 x 320 resolution display;
  • Memory card slot;
  • 1GB of built-in storage;
  • 624MHz CPU;
  • 128MB of Flash memory;
  • Bluetooth 2.

HP iPAQ 900 Ready for Shipping

HP has finally decided to start shipping its iPAQ 900 / 914 3G business communicator, which was announced back in September of last year.

The device's system was updated to Windows Mobile 6.1, in rest everything remains the same: 2.46" display, Wi-Fi, GPS, HSDPA, 3Mpix camera, and a 1800mAh battery.

Worldwide shipping should start on June 30th.

Samsung has finally announced its i900 Omnia. We knew about its features long before its announcement, but let's recap them anyway:

  • Networks: quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE + HSDPA 7.2Mbps;
  • Connectivity: USB, stereo Bluetooth (A2DP), Wi-Fi;
  • Display: 3.2" WQVGA (240×400 pixels) touchscreen;

Nokia N85 Spotted!

A new Nokia N-series device, the N85, has bee spotted in the wild. Featuring a 5Mpix camera, GPS, and geo-tagging it appears to be pretty similar to the N96 model, a N96 Lite of some sort :)

Unlike what we seen previously, this new photo of the Samsung SGH-i900 is clear and finally gives us the full idea of how the device looks.

While the phone offers some decent specifications like a 240 x 400 display, 5Mpix camera, 16GB of onboard memory, HSDPA, GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.0, we somehow have a feeling it will cost much more than we think...

Sony Ericsson's white paper gives more details on XPERIA X1

Sony Ericsson has issued another white paper that provides more specification details on the highly-anticipated XPERIA X1.

It is now confirmed that the handset will feature 256MB of SDRAM, 512MB of NAND Flash, and will have a 1500 mAh lithium polymer battery, which provides 10 hours talk time on GSM or 6.5 hours on UMTS, and 3.1 hours if you're constantly making video calls.

Japanese NTT DoCoMo has announced 19 new handsets divided into 906i and 706i series.

  • The 906i series includes 8 phones, all of which feature 3G/GSM international roaming, GPS, HSDPA, 1-seg mobile TV, full browser with Flash 8 support, DCMX mobile credit card and iD mobile credit payment tech, VGA LCD screens, voice to text translation of Chinese, English, and Japanese, and even support for direct transfer of Blu-ray video.

Judging by the available photos the phone is bound for AT&T.
