A speculation with regards to when the device will actually land for the carrier has just surfaced and it allegedly said that the smartphone will land on May 10 at Verizon.The Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich powered device will ship with a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 4-inch display with 960 x 540 pixels of resolution, 8GB internal storage with an expansion option via a memory card, a 8MP camera capable of 1080p Full HD videos and of course the ubiquitous front-facing VGA camera for video chatting.

T-Mobile has apparently scheduled an Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for two devices for a reported date of 16 June.The HTC Sensation 4G and the HTC Amaze will both be getting a bite of the sweet and succulent latest Android OS, Ice Cream Sandwich. AT&T just announced the availability of HTC One X starting May 6 for $199.99.As for its specs and other features, the HTC One X comes with a 4.7-inch 720 HD screen protected with Corning Gorilla Glass, 8MP HD camera with ImageSense, 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor and an 1800 mAh battery.To grab this phone, you’ll need to sign-up for a 2-year wireless agreement with AT&T with voice costing a min of $39.

If the HTC One X is a bit too expensive for your wallet, and if the HTC One V is a bit too low-end for your needs, then we guess your best bet would be the HTC One S.Thanks to a leaked screenshot courtesy of TmoNews, the release date of the handset has been outed for the 25th of April.No word on pricing just yet, but given the device’s mid-range status, we don’t expect it to be breaking the bank anytime soon.

While AT&T already has the HTC One X, rumors have indicated that the HTC One S will be available from T-Mobile on April 25th.The HTC One S comes with a 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM along with internal storage amounting to 16GB.It also comes with a front-facing camera for video chat. The device which has been getting a lot of attention after it was spotted in the wild and also benchmarked could be the smartphone to buy this summer if the rumors are true that is.
