DoCoMo's has recently announced its new HT-03A handset, which looks exactly like the HTC Magic. In fact, it is a rebranded HTC Magic and is the first Android-powered phone offered by the Japanese carrier. It will be running the latest Android 1.5 OS, which is predictable.
In addition, DoCoMo is apparently planning an interesting surprise for smartphone lovers in 2 week’s time.
Rogers has announced the upcoming launch of the HTC Dream and HTC Magic in the Canada. Both Android handsets will be available starting June 2nd via the carrier. Knowing Rogers' plans, we can't say we're too happy about that.
The upcoming HTC Hero, also known as the G3, has been pictured, and at a glance, it looks rather similar to the to the HTC Magic. It looks like it lacks the trackball, but instead offers the 3.5mm headphone jack, which was lacking on the G1.
A spyshot of the T-Mobile inventory system (which we hope is true) has unveiled the american version of the HTC Magic called My Touch 3G. It looks like the device will be available in white, black or merlot colors. There's also another shot of the inventory, which reveals the "HTC Dash 3G", or the carrier's version of the HTC Snap S522.
No launch dates or pricing information is available just yet.
It looks like the FCC has approved the HTC Rhodium, a Touch Pro2 variant which should be available from T-Mobile soon. According to FCC’s documentation, the device will have:
T-Mobile has released the Android Cupcake 1.5 update for its HTC G1 users. The problem is that if you're using a custom ROM, you won't be able to download the update. Thus be sure to return to the official ROM, if you want to play with the Cupcake.
Sprint is reportedly preparing the HTC S511 Snap that we talked about a while ago for the mid-Summer release. There's no confirmation on that, but let's keep our fingers crossed.

T-Mobile has announced the AWS-compatible HTC Rhodium aka Wing 2 for the U.S. market. The phone was first spotted back in January and has just been approved by the FCC. Here's the list of its key specs:
Vodafone Germany and HTC have announced the availability of Android-powered HTC Magic on the German market. The handset will cost you as low as one Euro depending on the chosen plan (minimum of €44.95 (about $59) per month). Or you can get it for €59.90 on a €24.95 plan, which isn't too pricy.
