HTC Velocity has been recently tested on a new Australian 4G network.As the above image clearly demonstrates, the device impressively managed to reach download speeds of 32.82Mbps, with upload rates of 11.26Mbps.HTC Velocity has definitely proven its name.

Sprint is rolling out updates for three of its smartphones, including the HTC Evo 4G, HTC Design 4G and Samsung Epic 4G.This will hopefully remove the Carrier IQ software. In order to check update availability tap Settings -> System update and then check for the new software version from there.

It seems like the HTC Edge has undergone a codename change from the Edge to the Endeavor.It will be the company’s first quad-core Android handset powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 processor. It will also feature what’s been dubbed a “optically-laminated” 720p display and is expected to roll out on a global scale come early spring under the HTC Supreme retail name.

A mysterious device by HTC called the Fireball has popped up in Verizon’s internal system.Based on the screenshot, the HTC Fireball will support Verizon’s 4G LTE network, but beyond that little to nothing is known about the device.There does not appear to be a release date or price for the device, so we can’t even be sure if we’re looking at some high-end HTC handset that has managed to stay a secret all this while.
