It's definitely not an official launch confirmation, but an official Sprint portal for the outfit's NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile application currently lists the HTC Rhodium as a "compatible phone" supporting full audio and video content. In case you didn't know, "Rhodium" is basically the same "Touch Pro2." But don't get excited just yet, just wait for the phone's official announcement.

Verizon subscribers can now get almost any smartphone offered by VZW (except Samsung Saga) for just $99 on a 2-year contract. That includes both HTC's Touch Pro and Touch Diamond. What does it mean? That Touch Pro 2 and Touch Diamond 2 are on their way, I guess.

HTC has released a Bluetooth Security Hotfix for some of its devices. The list currently includes the Touch Diamond, Touch Pro, Touch HD, as well as the Touch 3G, Touch Cruise and S740 models. Those who have preordered the T-Mobile myTouch 3G have already started receiving their devices. If you're not among them, the official launch date isn't far anyway. Expect to get yours on August 5th.

TELUS customers can now get their hands on a couple of cool WinMo smartphones: the HTC Snap and Touch Pro2. Both devices offer an abundance of features including shared specs such as email support, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, speakerphone, visual voicemail, global GSM roaming and over five hours of talk-time for each of them. Prices are $0 and $249.99 respectively on 3-year contract with voice and data plan, or you can get them for $399.

How do you like it? The actual ROM of the unannounced HTC Mega has been leaked at XDA site. What’s so special about it? Well, this ROM contains the HTC’s latest TouchFLO 2D 2.0 UI. It  looks very similar to the TouchFLO 3D, just lacks all that “3D” stuff. So if you own an HTC WM 6.1/6.5 touchscreen device, and know how to flash it with custom ROMs, head on over to XDA to download the software.

T-Mobile USA will be the first to launch the HTC Touch Pro2 in the U.S. The handset is already available in other parts of the world, and the stateside release is scheduled for August 12th. The exact price is yet to be announced.Specs:

According to wmexperts, the upcoming HTC Leo it will probably be a MID (mobile internet device), similar to the HTC Advantage (known also as the Athena) and not a high-end clamshell smartphone as stated previously. Furthermore, it looks like the Leo is actually the same handset seen on the HTC´s 2009 launch list, namely the Thorn (Athena 2).
