T-Mobile has released the Tap, a Huawei-made touch phone with a classic form-factor and a large touch-sensitive display. Its features are pretty decent, and include:
- Quad-band GSM/EDGE;
- 1700MHz UMTS/HSDPA 3G network;
- 2Mpix camera with video capture;
- Music player;
- GPS;
- FM radio;
- Stereo Bluetooth;
- microSD slot (up to 8GB)
The Tap is now available for $80 after rebates with new contract.

MetroPCS has recently released the new Huawei M750 with "intuitive touch user interface" as they said. It comes with a stylus, which means the scren is resistive, and features a software QWERTY keyboard, 1.3Mpix camera, Stereo Bluetooth, and microSD slot. All that for $200.

T-Mobile UK is now offering a Huawei manufactured Pulse smartphone at a pay-as-you-go plan. It will cost you GBP 176 ($292), which is not bad for a pre-paid offer, considering that it features a 3.5″ touchscreen, 3G, WiFi, GPS, 3.2Mpix camera, 2GB of memory, and runs the Android OS. All willing can get it right away.

T-Mobile came up with an Android-based handset for its European customers. The T-Mobile Pulse, also known as the Huawei U8220, looks a little pale compared to its U8230 brother, and comes with a pretty generic list of specs:
- OS: Android
- Dimensions (LxWxH): 135 x 62.5 x 13.6 mm;
- Weight: 135 g;
- Standby: Up to 300 hours;
- Talk time: Up to 210 minutes;
- GSM frequency band (MHz): Quad-band (850/900/1800/1900);
- UMTS / HSDPA / HSUPA / GPRS / EDGE;

Huawei has officially launched its new U8230 handset, which was first shown at MWC earlier this year. Full mspecs weren't announced, but we do know it will feature a 3.5" touchscreen display and a 1500mAH battery, which is said to be the largest battery "among Android-powered handsets currently available." Well, that's logical, since the only Android handset that exists for quite a while now is the G1, and it's battery is far from perfect.

According to the latest rumors an Android-powered Huawei handset will be coming to T-Mobile in Q3 2009 and is currently going through the testing phase. Details are very scarse at the moment, so we'll just name some of the phone's rumored features:
- 5Mpix camera;
- 3.5mm headphone jack;
- Cupcake update;
- Wi-Fi

Huawei announced today that the company is planning to release a new Android-based smartphone in Q3 2009 in the Asia-pacific region. Other two Android handsets for that region include HTC Dream and Kogan Technologies’ Agora, which will hit Australia on January 29.

FCC has approved the new Huawei-made Vodafone 724FM cell phone.
The device has a plain unattractive design, and features a QVGA screen, tri-band GSM/EDGE radio, Bluetooth, microSD slot, and a 2Mpix camera.
The price is unknown yet, but with such boring looks and specs we doubt its future popularity...
