Rhapsody has updated its iPhone client to version 2.0. The new version lets users keep music on their Apple device by creating a playlist and storing the tracks locally. Streaming music is still available anytime your phone has a working 3G or Wi-Fi connection. A Rhapsody subscription costs $10 per month and has a short trial period.
This is a short demo video of the Monster Mayhem game for the iPhone. Here you to take on the role of a Gate Keeper of a graveyard, who's job is to attack anything that moves towards the gate in order to stop it from getting free. The game features 20 unique monsters and 8 bosses across 30 stages. There are also 7 different weapons, each having 4 levels of upgradability. Reminds me of Plants vs.

This new Wi-Fi Sync application allows users to sync their iPhone / iPod Touch with iTunes. We can't tell if it's available at App Store, but you can get it at Cydia store for $9.99. See the video below to understand how the app works.

Apple's new iAd platform for iPhone OS allows developers to make money while keeping their apps free of charge. Devs can now integrate all sorts of ads (including video) directly in the application, along with the ability of in-ad purchasing so that users won't have to exit the app to make a transaction. Apple will host and serve the ads, giving 60% of ad-generated revenue to the developers.
