Apple announced today that they are about to release yet another firmware update for their famous iPhone.

According to a person who has already tried the upgrade, the version 1.1.2 will include additional multi-language support and access to The Cloud Wi-Fi spots.

However, what worries us the most is the possible blocking (once again) of cracked handsets.

AT&T's New International Data Roaming Plan for iPhone Users

AT&T now offers a new international data roaming plan for iPhone owners.

For extra $24.99 or $59.99 per month users will get 20MB or 50MB of international data respectively and will be charged $0.005 per 1KB for anything above the included traffic.

The $0.005 per kilobyte fee is only in 29 countries where AT&T has roaming partnerships.

iPhone Comes to Germany

iPhone Comes to Germany

As you probably know, the famous iPhone has reached the European continent and will soon be available in Germany from T-Mobile.

The launch date is scheduled on November 9. The 8GB model will cost you 399 Euros ($575) with a 2-year service agreement + 25 Euros ($36) for the activation. Monthly plans are similar to those in the States and will start at 49 Euros ($71) per month.

iPhone Launches in Canada on December 7th?

If the ad you see on the picture is true, then we can expect the iPhone to be available in Canada from Rogers Wireless by December 7 despite the difficulties we told you about earlier.

It will cost C$499.99, or about $519 USD after a 3-year contract. Pre-orders will start on November 20.

Apple iPhones is No Longer Available for Cash

In an attempt to prevent the iPhone from further hacking and unlocking Apple decided to stop accepting cash for these handsets.

The only way one can purchase an iPhone today is by signing a 2-year contract with an official carrier, such as AT&T for example.

AT&T pays Apple about $18 per month for each iPhone they sell with a contract, so as you can guess this is much more convenient than if a person buys the device for cash and use it on some other network.
