Rogers has added a new color to the BlackBerry Kickstart. Now the phone is available in Pink. While this is not the best option, it's still nice to know there's another color available for those who want the handset, but hate its original grey painting.
You can get the Pink Kickstart now for $49.99 with a 3-year contract.

Want a BlackBerry Kickstart? It was recently spotted at eBay, as you know many unreleased devices appear there first. Its not cheap, but if youre eager to get one, this is your chance. But hurry up!

RIM has suddenly decided to rebrand its BlackBerry KickStart 8220 clamshell to BlackBerry Pearl 8220. The reasons that prompted RIM to make this move are so far unclear, but who cares, right? :)

Anyway, there will be two similar models available, the 8820 with Wi-Fi radio on-board for T-Mobile and the GPS-enabled 8210 for AT&T. The choice is yours.

According to BGR, the new Blackberry Kickstart will soon be available from the largest Canadian GSM carrier Rogers. The release date is not confirmed yet, but it's a matter of weeks... Rogers will also launch the Motorola ROKR E8 for $99.99, the Samsung T336 for $49.99, the Sony Ericsson Walkman W760a for $79.99, and finally the Sony Ericsson W350a for $29.99 - all with a 3-year contract.

Is that for real? BlackBerry KickStart for just $49.99? We knew it wouldn't be expensive, but didn't expect this. The handset should be available soon from T-Mobile on a 2-year contract.

Here's a new set of photos of the upcoming Blackberry Kickstart clamshell. We just can't understand why doesn't RIM announce this thing, as today it is a secret to nobody. These latest shots don't uncover anything new - it is still a usual dual screen flip with a 2Mpix camera:

Today we have more info on the RIM's first BlackBerry clamshell Kickstart announced a couple of days back. Apparently, the phone is headed to T-Mobile and will be available in a variety of colors sometime in September.

BGR has published some photos of the first ever BlackBerry clamshell phone called the Kickstart.

As you see the handset comes with the branded BlackBerry-style keypad and apparently has two LCD displays.

Other than that there are no more details available about the phone's specs, carriers, or a release date, though BGR claims the Kickstart will appear before the end of the year.
