Kyocera Torque Going To Debut In Germany And France

European market is being prepared to be on the receiving end of the spanking new Kyocera Torque, in which it will not be the 2013 model, but rather, be more in the same vein as that of the Kyocera Brigadier.

Apparently targeting the business world for those living in France and Germany, the upcoming Kyocera Torque is one tough cookie. 

We are talking about having a 4.5″ 720p display that will be accompanied by the likes of a Snapdragon 400 chipset, a quad-core 1.

Kyocera Torque hitting Sprint March 8th with $100 price tag

The upcoming Kyocera's latest smartphone, the Torque, happens to be an "ultra-rugged" device.The LTE-packing Ice Cream Sandwich handset was made to the Military Standard 810G standard, so you can drop it, get it dirty or even submerge it in up to a meter of water for half an hour or so.The device will be tumbling onto Sprint March 8th, with a $100 price (post two-year contract and $50 mail-in rebate).

Sprint finally announces the rugged Kyocera Torque

Sprint has just announced to its customers a new device by Kyocera - rugged Kyocera Torque smartphone.The Android 4.0-powered device is built-upon Kyocera’s Dura series of rugged devices, that includes 810G (MilSpec) and IP67 standards.The device features a 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480) LCD IPS capacitive touchscreen with impact-resistant glass, a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core processor, 4GB ROM, 1GB RAM, Sprint Direct Connect push-to-talk service and microSD expansion up to 32GB.

Kyocera Torque Passed Through The FCC

Kyocera Torque has just gone through the FCC under a different moniker – that of the Kyocera E6710.Thanks to the folks over at FCC we have some details regarding the device, that include LTE, NFC, and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity.The other features remain a mystery, but we do know that the Kyocera E6710/Torque will roll out as a rugged smartphone.It will also carry cameras in front and at the back, and will in all probability have a 800 x 480 resolution display with Android 4.
