There are rumors saying that Sony Ericsson plans to launch at least three new handsets on June 14. There were no official announcements made, but if the rumors are right, tomorrow we will finally see the 5Mpix camera-phone called Sofia, which will replace the K800 and K810 models; Maria/Mooi with 8GB of storage capacity, the replacement of the W950; and finally the Shinobu Walkman slider.

By hearsay Cingular is going to launch the Nokia N75 . The N75 will be the first N-Series device available directly from a US carrier. These N-Series phones are quite powerful, and Nokia doesn't even call them phones, but call them a "mobile computer". Unfortunately the device supports only UMTS.

Verizon is going to launch LG VX9900, known as the enV this month.
The VX9900 has a 2 megapixel camera with autocamera and flash, an MP3 and video player and some other useful features. Bluetooth 1.2 with supported profiles HSP (headset), HFP (hands-free), DUN (dial-up networking), A2DP (advanced audio distribution), SPP (serial port), AVRCP (audio/video remote control), BPP (printing) and HID (human interface device).

According to the reliable sources the Sony Ericsson is going to launch an ultra-slim, high-end Walkman camera phone as a rival to Motorola's RAZR the device which boost the South Korean firm's handset sales. Qualcomm has got the permission from the FCC to launch its MediaFLO mobile TV network in a larger number of markets. 700 MHz band with spectrum on UHF TV channel 55 is where Qualcomm is building the network.
The FCC's decision was that the network can be launched in areas where broadcasters operate on those channels with 0.5% interference, increasing to 1.

Cingular has launched the Sony Ericsson W300i. As it was announced earlier, W300i is the first from two Walkman handsets to be added in Cingular's portfolio in near future, the second one is W810 and it is still expected to launch on Cingular shortly.

Following the success of Audex Bluetooth Jacket Series, Motorola and Burton Snowboards today announced the expansion of their wearable electronics collection, enabling easy wireless communication and music entertainment from snowboard apparel.
New for 2007, the Audex Bluetooth Stereo System streams downloaded music wirelessly from a Bluetooth-enabled phone to an Audex jacket. Users can listen to music and make calls with a push of a button on the jacket sleeve and includes built-in DJ-style speakers in the hood and/or an integrated headphone jack.
