Sprint has luauched two new handsets yesterday, namely the LG Rumor 2, and the Motorola Stature i9.

The LG Rumor 2 is a full-QWERTY slider available for just $49.99 after instant savings of $150 and a $50 mail-in rebate. Its key features include:

• Threaded SMS Text Messaging;
• Full QWERTY keyboard;
• GPS;
• Built-in 1.

LG has announced the availability of its ARENA handset in Europe. We're sure you all already know what it is and what it looks like, but we'll revise the key specs nontheless:

• 3” Touch screen (WVGA);
• HSDPA;
• 5Mpix Camera;
• Wi-Fi;
• Bluetooth;
• Integrated Dolby and DivX technologies;
• 8GB

Alltel has launched the new LG Banter, a solid QWERTY slider for those who like messaging. It also has a 1.3Mpix camera, microSD slot, Bluetooth, and user-friendly changeable front and back panels.

The price is unknown at the moment, but you can be sure this phone won't cost you much.

A new picture has surfaced yesterday of what appears to be the the unannounced LG GR500. It's a touchscreen cell phone with a sideways-sliding QWERTY keyboard, which will be available from AT&T as the Zenon (or Xenon) soon. But that's not confirmed yet.

Sprint's LG Rumor2 has gone official! It is confirmed to launch on March 15th at Best Buy stores and at Sprint.com. By the end of April it will also be released in all retail outlets, and will be available in Black Titanium and Vibrant Blue color options.

LG was busy releasing new phones lately, one after another. Here's the latest couple, the GD330 and GB125 that should be released sometime in the near future.

The GD330 is a slider similar to the LG Secret. The device features a 2.2" screen, 2Mpix camera, FM radio and touch-sensitive keys.

The GB125 is an entry-level flip phone with FM radio, 1.

LG has updated their Renoir KC910 cameraphone, and dubbed it LG Renoir 8GB Black. The new model comes in all-black casing and features 8GB of internal memory instead of the laughable 100MB on the original. The other features of the original Renoir, such as the 240 x 400 touchscreen display, accelerometer, aGPS, Wi-Fi, 8Mpix camera, xenon flash and video recording, are still present.
