Vodafone UK is currently offering the LG Optimus 7, a new Windows Phone 7 powered smartphone that features a 5Mpix camera, a 3.8" touchscreen display, 16GB of internal storage, and more. It's available now for EUR29.37 (~$41).

AT&T announced it will be offering its new Windows Phone 7 handsets, the Samsung Focus and HTC Surround starting on November 8 with the LG Quantum releasing a few days after that.
