Vodafone UK has released the LG's fashionable 5Mpix slider KF750 Secret.

While it is still not available on-line, you can get the device at any Vodafone retail store in the UK.

The price is £250 (about $491) on contract.

While being a pretty plain cell phone, the new LG KM501 deserves attention just because it has a 3.5mm headphone jack - a rather rare feature, but very needed.

Other specs include a 2Mpix camera, dedicated music controls, polarizing black / red styling, EDGE data, microSD card slot, and A2DP.

The phone is now available in Taiwan, but don't expect to see it outside of the Taiwanese borders.

LG has introduced a new low-end music-centric handset in China with a model name KM380.

There's not much we can tell about it, just note that it has a 3.5mm headphone jack - exactly what any music phone need - and a clever set of external music controls.

Pity that it's a China only handset...

Bell Canada is ready to release two cool cell phones in the near future.

• The first is the Samsung Ace, a simple but good looking handset, which features dual-band GSM and EV-DO connectivity, Windows Mobile 6 Standard OS, 1.3Mpix camera, and a microSD slot. It should be available on May 12 for an unknown price.
• The second phone is the LG Vantage, a stylish and touchscreen slider with a 2Mpix camera, Bluetooth, and a microSD slot supporting up to 4GB of additional storage.

Briefly: as expected, AT&T has officially released the LG Vu.

The prices include $299.99 with a 2-year contract and a $100 mail-in rebate, or $549.99 sans contract.

The newly announced LG KF750 Secret became the second LG handset (after Viewty) to get DivX certification.

This means users will be able to upload and watch their favorite DivX movies on their mobile phone. That is without having to convert the video and watch it nonetheless. ;)

I wonder, why it is so important for LG to certify their handsets with DivX.

It's official. AT&T Mobile TV will be launched on May 4th in 58 markets, including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Diego, Seattle and Washington, D.C, and others.

The new service will include 10 channels, two of which will be AT&T's exclusive (PIX and CNN Mobile Live). Moreover, there will be a bonus music channel, CNCRT, available just for the first 60 days.

LG AX-300 is a new basic clamshell revealed yesterday at the FCC site.

The phone supports dual-band CDMA network with 1xRTT data. It also comes with an internal antenna, a VGA (probably) camera, a speakerphone, and Bluetooth.

This model will most likely hat Alltel soon, but FCC documentation indicates a couple of other models, including VX-5500 and UX-300, which might be launched on Verizon Wireless or U.

Judging by the available photos, two AT&T sliders will soon receive new colors.

The first is the LG Shine, which will be available in Black in addition to the existing Silver or Red variants, while the second is Sony Ericsson's W580, which apart from white, black, gray and pink will also come in green.

Specs and prices won't change.

According to some sources Verizon plans to release three new LG phones in the near future. They are:

• VX8610 Decoy: slider cell phone with a built-in removable Bluetooth earpiece. It should be available for purchase online starting May 30, and in stores starting June 9.
• VX8560 Chocolate Flip: an updated version of the VX8600.
