LG G3 Stylus to be Budget Smartphone

LG G3 Stylus to be Budget Smartphone

LG unintentionally gave us a glimpse of the LG G3 Stylus, a G3 phablet with a stylus, essentially. All we got were pictures of the G3 Stylus, so we were left to postulate on what exactly could be inside LG’s phablet.“The Stylus will be the pen-pushing model with a screen size of about 5.5 inches. Overall specifications will be slightly downgraded compared with the G3, with a different battery size and screen resolution,” - The Korea Times’ source mentioned.

Violet and red LG G3 coming this August

Violet and red LG G3 coming this August

When LG announced the G3, it said that the phone will be available in five different colors. However, as we all know it, the device is only available in three different colors, including Metallic Black, Silk White and Shine Gold. The two additional colors - Moon Violet and Burgundy Red, should be out in August. We’re not sure whether both versions will be available all around the world. Perhaps Verizon goes for the Red G3 while Sprint grabs the Violet model, since it used to offer such-colored phones in the past, or perhaps, none of these two ends up selling in North America.

It looks like Android is slowly but steadily becoming a solid alternative for Windows in the execution of tablet/mini-laptop hybrids.LG has just taken the wraps off its rookie Google-powered Tab Book effort. Thus far only available with Windows 8 out the box in a pair of low-cost/high-end configurations, the Tab Book takes the form of a state-of-the-art convertible gadget when running Android, although for some reason LG elected an aging version of the OS rather than 4.

LGís Windows Phone codenamed D635 comes back

A “Uni8” handheld with Windows Phone 8.1 “on board” leaked to the press at one point, but the render’s legitimacy was immediately questioned. Now intel relating to a cryptic D635 device is floating around, hinting at mostly mid-range specifications, albeit once again the info’s veracity is mighty hard to authenticate. Not without hard evidence this D635 is indeed real and more than an experiment not meant for a commercial run.

LG Optimus F6 upgrades from Android 4.1 Jelly Bean to 4.4 KitKat
