Nokia introduced its two new 3G phones, the Nokia 6500 classic and Nokia 6500 slide, designed for mid-range market.

Both have anodized aluminum cases and large, ergonomic keypads. The 6500 is one of the slimmest phones this year measuring just 9.5mm thick.

The handsets should appear in Q3 2007 costing €320 before taxes and subsidies.

The new Sanyo SCP-6650 Katana II clamshell was recently found on FCC Site.

The phone slightly differs from its predecessor: it shrinks 2 mm in width and 4 mm in height, features a larger external display positioned slightly lower on the front of the device, and comes with a 2.5mm headset jack.

It also has a camera, internal antenna, and Bluetooth capability.

Bank of America today offers Mobile Banking service, allowing customers to check account balances, pay bills and transfer money from their mobile phones. The service was launched in March and is available to 20 million online customers across the U.S.

The information exchange between the mobile phone and the bank is encrypted, so it is properly secured.

LG has recently presented its two new cell phone models, the LG-SV300/LV3000, coming in black and red colors.

Google Calendar service is now available from your Web-capable mobile phone. Users can see appoints complete with date, time, location and description. One can not change or delete existing appointments, but can add new ones and check previous and forthcoming events.

But the option to change or delete existing appointments is missing.

Sony Ericsson has presented the new Sony Ericsson W52S handset. It's dimensions are 108x54x19.9 mm and weight is about 130 g. The phone features a wide TFT LCD screen, 2GB of internal memory (approximately 110 hours of music playback) with pre-loaded tracks from famous artists, an integrated digicam with auto-focus and other useful stuff.

The FCC has approved the upcoming Samsung SGH-Z240, a 1900 GSM/WCDMA Bluetooth cell phone. It has 1.393 mW of Max. RF Output Power with a frequency range of 2402-2480MHz.

Unfortunately, there is very little info on this model yet.
