FCC has unveiled yet another MOTORAZR model, the MOTORZR V3s.

The only interesting thing about this phone is that it supports 800/1700/1900Mhz CDMA bands, which makes it the first AWS-compatible handset.

Motorola Z6cx World Phone from Verizon

Verizon Wireless has recently released the new Motorola Z6cx World Edition phone.

This is the same Z6c, only without the 2Mpix camera. Most likely Z6cx was made specifically for those, who are not allowed to bring the camera on work.

Anyway, both models are available for $179 after rebate with a 2-year service agreement.

FCC Approves Motorola Z9

Looks like long-awaited Motorola Z9 will be launched after all, as it has just been approved by the FCC.

The phone is still not announced, but we hope to see it at CTIA Las Vegas. FCC approval is always a good sign, right?

Just to remind you, Motorola Z9 is a slider cell phone with a 2Mpix camera, GPS, 3G support, and Linux-based OS.

AT&T announced the availability of a new pink Nokia 6085 and MOTORAZR V3xx in lavender.

Both phones require a 2-year contract.

Nokia 6085 is available for free and MOTORAZR V3xx for $129.99 ($50 mail-in rebate included).

Boost Mobile Offers MOTOKRZR for $249.99

Boost Mobile has added the third Motorola phone to its portfolio.

The new MOTOKRZR is the most expensive handset the carrier currently offers, and is available for $249.99.

Regarding its specs, there is a 1.3Mpix camera with 4x digital zoom on-board, as well as built-in GPS receiver, Bluetooth, and a microSD memory slot.

RIM fills a lawsuit against Motorola

On February 16, RIM (Research In Motion) has filled a lawsuit against Motorola accusing the company in multiple patent infringements and anticompetitive practices.

Motorola in its turn continues to use RIM's patents and refuses to acknowledge or pay for them. Just to let you know, Motorola was the first to sue RIM by the same reason.
