There is again a new device from Motorola. The Motorola W510 is a Quad band GSM plus EDGE and has a stylish look from KRZR, although the features could be better: it has only 1.3 megapixel camera, microSD card slot, Stereo Bluetooth and speaker independent voice recognition. The SLVR L9 presented by Motorola is a new music handset. Some changes were added to the design such as mirror finish like the KRZR have. SLVR L9 has 2.0 megapixel camera, music player with support for MP3 /AAC/AAC+/AAC+ enhanced/ AMR / WAV, FM radio and microSD memory card slot. Motorola SLVR L9 has Bluetooth with A2DP stereo support, and plus CrystalTalk (eases conversations in noisy environments).

Motorola announces the RIZR Z8 . The RIZR Z8, unlike Z6, is powered by Symbian. A new UI sits on top of the Symbian software . Also, the Z8 is Motorola's first "kick slider".
The MOTORIZR Z8 includes the following features:
- QVGA display with 16 million colors
- 3.6 megabit HSDPA
- 2-megapixel camera
- microSD card slot
- Bluetooth with A2DP stereo support
The Motorola RIZR Z8 is going to be launched in April.

Texas Instruments will collaborate with Motorola to produce chips to power future mobile phones. The handsets based on the new Texas Instruments chips will begin shipping only in 2008. It's that TI' s chips will provide 3G and WiMAX (802.16e) data connectivity. Motorola is going to begin shipping a new line of 802.16e mobile devices next year. It was troublesome for Motorola to have advanced 3G phones to the market thus Motorola set it as a major goal for 2007, so again they will have to wait a bit.
