The handset features 4-inch 800 x 480 display, 1 GHz processor, 5 megapixel camera with LED, GPS, Wi-Fi, 3G, and it runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Because it’s a Nexus devise, Android updates will appear first to this smartphone.

We have leaked information about the upcoming Google Nexus 3 device appearance. The most interesting fact is that Samsung will be making this particular handset. As we got to know, it will be featuring a Samsung AMOLED HD display and the production will start in late 2011.

The Nexus S 4G boasts of being the World’s first phone to run Android

Best Buy now lists two different Nexus S units on its website. The “old version” is made for T-Mobile’s 3G network while the new one, also known as Nexus S 4G, supports Sprint’s WiMAX and CDMA network.
You can pre-order the unit now paying $200 upfront, while at the same time committing on a two-year agreement.
