Nokia's new N97mini is now available for purchase throigh retail stores. The phone runs on the new software version 2.0 and costs EUR 450 before taxes and subsidies. Also, existing N97 users can download the said update from the Nokia Software Update website (http://www.nokia.com/softwareupdate), which will be followed by a wide range of country and operator versions over the coming weeks.

Nokia has confirmed that it will be shutting down N-Gage gaming service next year. Games that are already published will be available for download and purchase till September 2010, and the N-Gage community web site will remain open until the end of 2010. No new games will be published, and the existing ones will be moved to Ovi Store once the service is terminated.
