Today Nokia unveiled its two new handsets for two European carriers, the 6650 model for T-Mobile and the 6124 Classic for Vodafone.

• The first is a 3G HSDPA, GPS-capable flip phone with a 2.2" TFT QVGA 16M color display, 2Mpix camera, microSD slot, FM radio, Bluetooth connectivity, and support for the carrier's plans and services.

The new low-end Nokia 3555 clamshell, recently approved by the FCC, will be available from T-Mobile on March 17.

The phone features 3G support, stereo Bluetooth, speakerphone, VGA camera, microSD memory slot, and support for T-Mobile's myFaves service.

Expect a very low price.

There seems to be some progress in the ongoing patent battles between Nokia and Qualcomm.

The two companies agreed not to fill any new lawsuits against each other, as well as put on hold and consolidate some of cases in order to boost the proceedings.

Nokia Text Messenger is a new PC application for Windows Vista.

Game developer Glu Mobile announced several new games that it will be releasing this year for the Nokia's N-Gage platform.

We will just name them. The first is a racing game called "Speed Racer", the second is called "Super Slam Ping Pong!" - a classic Ping Pong game with an arcade twist, and the third is an action called "The Dark Knight".

Vodafone is in the process of removing from stock its branded Nokia 6110 Navigator handsets.

The company received a lot of complaints from its UK subscribers about a glitch in the phone's GPS application, which freezes the device. The officials claim that most of the faulty 6110's have already been recalled, and the rest will disappear from shells in the nearest future.

Nokia announced it will add Google Search to its N96, N78, 6220 and 6210 handsets with more models to follow.

Nokia added two new cell phones in the 6000 series, the 6210 Navigator and 6220 Classic.

Nokia presents its two new flagship handsets for 2008, the N96 and N78. Both were showcased today at Mobile World Congress. The Nokia N96 is an update to the N95 model and is very similar outwardly to the N81. The N78 is a bar-style phone similar to the N73.

AT&T started offering the Pink version of the Nokia 6085 for Valentine's Day.

Now it looks like some girlish toy, but it is still the same 6085 model featuring a VGA camera with 4x optical zoom, stereo Bluetooth functionality and preloaded Java demo games and applications.
