Nokia today announced that the Russian mobile operator Megafon will offer a mobile email service based on the Nokia Intellisync Wireless Email solution. The hosted service, branded as MegaSync, will provide mobile email, advanced attachment handling, calendar, contacts and task synchronization to Megafon's customers.

With the tools to discover the places and moments worth capturing, and the capabilities to capture and share them instantaneously, the Nokia N82 offers photography enthusiasts an enhanced camera experience.

Featuring A-GPS, 5 megapixel camera, Xenon flash, Carl Zeiss optics and internet connectivity, the Nokia N82 also incorporates all the multimedia computer features common to Nokia Nseries.

The new Nokia NM705i has been recently approved by the FCC and will soon be available in Japan from NTT DoCoMo.

Nokia today unveiled a premium pair of handsets aimed at the most discerning and style-conscious consumers.

Today Nokia added a countdown timer on the N-series website showing the estimated time before the official release. Judging by the time left, it should take place on November 14th, 7:00 am EST.

Nokia has successfully tested its next generation 100Mbps wireless data network today.

The new technology can be implemented by the year 2010 in Europe, Asia and later in the U.S., and will provide 100Mbps download and 50Mbps upload speeds.
