At last, AT&T (ex Cingular) launches the Nokia 6126. The device is a version of the 6133 that T-Mobile offers. The Nokia 6126 is clamshell with cool design, large external and internal (16 million) color displays and 1.3-megapixel camera. It operates  on Nokia’s Series 40 interface, it has microSD slot for memory expansion and features FM Radio.

Nokia 6126 is available for $80 with 2-year contract from AT&T.

The new Nokia N95 is now available in European, Asian and Middle Eastern markets. It is a multimedia device with a unique 2-way slide design, that features GPS functionality, a 5 Mpix camera with Carl Zeiss optics and supports high-speed mobile networks such as HSDPA, WLAN, EDGE and WCDMA.

N95 is equipped with a sharp color display with a simple 3D user interface, built-in stereo speakers and a 3.

T-Mobile USA has introduced the new Nokia 5300 Xpress Music. The 5300 is available exclusively from T-Mobile and is designed for the mass market, unlike Nokia's popular N-Series devices. The device is rather a regular Nokia mobile phone, but it may also be marketed as a music device. It is available in both Lilac and Black.

Nokia addresses a request to European courts to declare Qualcomm Inc.’s patents in Europe finished thus giving Nokia the possibility to sell handsets in Europe having chips by Texas Instruments Inc. otherwise Nokia would be obliged to pay royalties to Qualcomm.

Nokia presented a patent portfolio license between Qualcomm and TI, made in 2000, to two European courts, one in Mannheim, Germany, the other in the Hague District Court in The Netherlands.
