Espoo, Finland - Nokia announced today that the Administrative Law Judge overseeing the investigation initiated by Qualcomm against Nokia in the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) has ordered a stay of the proceedings until further notice. The trial had been scheduled to begin on March 5, 2007.
On June 9, 2006 Qualcomm filed a complaint with the ITC requesting an investigation into the alleged infringement by Nokia's GSM products of six Qualcomm patents.

Nokia continues working hard and presents the Nokia E61i - the third new E-Series phone. The E61i phone is a quad band GSM, WCDMA 2100 and WiFi (WLAN). It’s an update to the E61, a "BlackBerry Killer". The E-Series is Nokia's business oriented vertical handset. The device can boast more mobile email and productivity applications than N-Series.

Nokia announced increase in their family. This time meet the Nokia E65. It is a Quad band GSM plus WCDMA 2100 new model in the business oriented Nokia E-Series. The E65 is just 15mm slim. It is a slide that features 2 megapixel camera, QVGA screen with 16m colors, microSD card slot and WiFi, Bluetooth and IR. Users can easily access their business apps by means of One Touch key.

Nokia in cooperation with fashion designer Giambattista Valli worked over Nokia 7373 Special Edition phone. The phone will be available in two colors: Powder Pink and Black Chrome both paired with signature Giambattista Valli phone accessories.

The Powder Pink has a pearl necklace strap and a miniature pink skull.

The Nokia 7373 Special Edition Black Chrome has elegant glossy black appearance with an en vogue gros grain and onyx-like crystal strap.

Meet the Nokia N77. It is a tri-band GSM (900/1800/1900) plus WCDMA 2100 and EDGE; a pocket size DVB-H compatible mobile TV phone. The only other DVB -H N-Series device is the N77' s which is quite bigger in size. The device has a 2 megapixel camera plus VGA camera for video calls, QVGA screen with 16 million colors and a music player with support for MP3, AAC, AAC +, eAAC+ and WMA, Bluetooth and Live DVB -H TV viewing with a dedicated TV key.

Nokia announce the new Nokia E90 Communicator. It is the successor for the 9500 Communicator phone. E90 Communicator is a side-opening clamshell with large QWERTY keyboard and 4", 800x352 pixels display on the inside The new device is on the S60 platform.

The new E90 is quad-band GSM 850/900/1800/1900 with EDGE, with HSDPA high-speed data support. It also features built-in GPS receiver and will come with Nokia Maps software .

Nokia signed a cooperation treaty with YouTube to bring videos to Nokia Nseries devices. The videos will be accessible using a Nokia Web Browser with Mini Map and YouTube's mobile site. As well, YouTube video RSS feeds will be compatible with Nokia's new Video Center application. YouTube's main site uses Flash video but the new mobile site will utilize H.264 /AVC.

Nokia announced the new Nokia 6110 Navigator. This time it is a WCDMA 2100 HSDPA, GSM / EDGE 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900, it is a navigation-enabled mobile phone for the mass market. The Nokia 6110 Navigator combines GPS and AGPS with mobile connectivity. The Nokia 6110 Navigator has full personal navigation experience with integrated maps, routing and navigation. The Nokia 6110 Navigator gives users the possibility to view their current location on the map, search for destinations, find specific routes, or locate different services on a large and bright 2.

Nokia now has a contract to build an HSDPA network with a new 3G wireless data network.

The U.S. Army is going to use this outfit soon, as they want to estimate 3G technologies for defense purposes.

Nokia didn't announce the place where the network will be located.

This time full featured N-Series Nokia N76 is 13.7mm thick (thinner than its other devices the N93). The N76 features a mirror finish on the outside and is constructed out of premium materials - magnesium. It is a Quad-band GSM + WCDMA 2100. The device has got 2.4" QVGA display with 16 million colors and a 2 megapixel camera with flash, as well as microSD card slot.
