According to the latest rumors, the LG's ahticipated GC900 Viewty II will be hitting Orange UK sometime in June. The phone comes with some impressive specs, including:

• 8Mpix camera with xenon flash, manual and auto focus, image stabilization, ISO 1600 support;

It looks like Orange France will be launching 6 new Android-powered handsets in 2009, one of which is HTC Hero. According to the source, a few weeks after the release of the Hero there will be another HTC Android phone released, but its name wasn't specified.

Apart from HTC phones, there will also be other Android-powered devices from Sony Ericsson, Motorola, LG, and Samsung.

According to Coolsmartphone, the UMA-enabled HTC Touch 3G will be hitting Orange UK soon, which means that it will be able to seamlessly transfer between GSM and Wi-Fi resulting in some decent savings for the end user.

So far the T-Mobile Shadow is the only Windows Mobile device that supports UMA, in the US.

According to the latest hearsay, Orange will be offering the Android-powered HTC Dream in France for 99 Euros ($124) after rebate and a 2-year contract, supposedly starting March 5th. We'll wait for the official confirmation on that...

Orange will soon be releasing its LG Cookie KP501 in 2 new color schemes, pink and silver. The phone will be going for GBP99.99 ($142) on a pay-as-you-go contract or just GBP15 ($21) on a 2-year commitment.

Reportedly, the first European carrier to launch a Pay-As-You-Go BlackBerry handset would be Orange UK. They offer an exclusively colored BlackBerry 8120 Indigo for £145 with monthly fee of £5.

A damn good deal if you ask me, and the phone launches tomorrow.

Just to let you know, the HTC’s S740 is now displayed at Orange’s Business website. The S740 is a WM-based smartphone with a front numeric keypad and a sideways sliding QWERTY keyboard. Other features include Wi-Fi, 3G, HSDPA, Bluetooth, GPS, 3Mpix camera and microSD card slot.

The long-awaited HTC Touch HD has been released today on Orange UK. I must say the price is very reasonable: £49.99 on an 18 month £40/month plan, which includes 250MB of browsing traffic.

LG KF300 is now available in the U.K. exclusively through Orange. The phone features a 2Mpix camera, a microSD slot, Bluetooth with A2DP support, as well as a hidden external display and a set of shortcut keys. The LG KF300 is available today from Orange UK, though pricing varies with contract.

Orange announced it would be releasing the unticipated HTC Touch HD smartphone next month in the UK, followed by France and Romania shortly after.

The carrier be offering the handset for GBP79.99 with an 18-month agreement, or for GBP40 with a monthly contract.
