Orange will soon start offering the Amoi 6711 cell phone, or SPV E610 as renamed by the carrier.

The device is not new, it was released as AT&T SMT5700 back in March, tough the feature set is pretty decent despite the its age, and includes a 2Mpix camera, EDGE connectivity, and Windows Mobile 6 Standard as the OS.

France Telecom's Orange will offer the Apple iPhone in France.

Thus, now we know all the official carriers to offer the popular handset in Europe. The 8GB iPhone will become available on November 9th in three major countries: in the UK from O2 for £ 269 ($536) , in Germany from Deutsche Telekom (T-Mobile) for € 399 ($553) and in France from France Telecom (Orange) for a yet undisclosed price.

LG and Orange UK bring you the new Pink version of the famous LG Shine.

The new model has the same features as the original and will be available exclusively through Orange in the end of this month for £30 with a 1-year contract or for £99.

Orange, a major European carrier said it would decline the new 8GB Nokia N81 because of possible incompatibility between Nokia's Music Store service and the one from Orange.

The cellular operator asked Nokia to give them the opportunity to test both services side by side, and gave just one day to make a decision.

LG's EnV mobile phone is now available in Orange, adding to the original Black variant. The specifications did not change.

Currently the LG EnV costs $149.99 with a 2-year contract.

The SPV E650 is a new smartphone from Orange Business Services for the UK market. It is the first smartphone for business users running on Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.0 and will be available exclusively from Orange until the beginning of May.

The SPV E650 costs around GBP 165 for UK business customers, or free depending on the contract.

Google negotiate with Orange about a multi-billion dollar tie-up for mobile telephone users to search the web. To this fact Orange officials flew to Silicon Valley in California for preliminary talks about a deal at Google's headquarters.

Both firms are focusing on a branded Google phone, which would have Orange's logo, with a screen that might look like a video iPod.

Google and Orange are pairing up to introduce a Googlephone. Although there's no official news yet, but the Observer reports that the two companies are negotiating about producing a Google-branded cellphone that would come pre-loaded with mobile versions of Google applications like Google Earth, Gmail, etc.
