Chinese Telecommunication and Microsoft joined forces with Dopod to design the HTC 9110 PDA. It is a WM6-based GSM/HSDPA handset that supports several types of networks including HSDPA 3.5G, GSM, GPRS, EDGE and Wi-Fi, and is perfect for web browsing and multimedia experience.

The Global Certification Forum for GSM and UMTS devices gave an extra codename to HTC P4550 PDA, also known as Kaiser. Well, now it's called HTC TyTN II, though the new name doesn't make any difference.

The device itself remains the same, and, frankly speaking, the name Kaiser sounds better.
