Nokia PureView 808 is our highly-anticipated device for its whopping 41MP camera.Besides that, the phone will have a 1.3 GHz single-core chip, a 4-inch display with a 360×640 (nHD) resolution, 512MB of RAM, 16GB of storage space which can be expanded with a microSD and a Pentaband modem.The phone is now available for pre-order in Italy with an expected date of availability in May.

According to folks from the PhoneArena, Nokia 808 PureView would not be making its way to North America.The 808 will be launching in multiple markets outside of North America, however, launching globally a bit later this year.

Nokia has announced the Nokia 808 PureView, a Nokia Belle smartphone that will be the successor to the Nokia N8 with a camera of 41MP.The 808 PureView will sport a 4” ClearBlack AMOLED display, a 1.3GHz single-core processor under its hood with 512MB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and will sport a microSD card slot for memory expansion.The handset will also see the integration of Dolby’s technology which Nokia claims will be able to reproduce surround sound on a pair of stereo headphones.
