Quickoffice announced the availability of its Premier 4.0 business software fro UIQ 3 based smartphones.

The latest version offers "many enhancements that improve usability, including performance optimizations for handling documents of all sizes, support for complex spreadsheet formulas and new, advanced editing capabilities" for Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint files.

QuickOffice application, which is the mobile version of Microsoft Office, is now available on the newest Symbian OS that can be seen on the MOTORIZR Z8 cell phone. This latest version of QuickOffice offers a lot of useful features, but the coolest thing here is that all the Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents can be viewed in the original format - with the original fonts, layout, colors, lists, headers, footers, etc.
