After Matrix and Matrix Pro, Pantech Aladdin is the next multi-keypad handset to land on AT&T's network. It should become available in August, and will offer the following features:
- HSDPA;
- Full QWERTY keyboard + numeric keypad;
- 1.3Mpix camera;
- AGPS;
- Stereo Bluetooth;
- Video Share;
- Wind

The upcoming Motorola iDEN i465, which was first unveiled back in January, has been spotted yesterday on the FCC’s website, along with a bunch of pictures and a User Manual. It's not pretty and is low-end, like all the latest Motorola handsets. The only thing that makes this phone attractive is its front-facing QWERTY keyboard, which indicates that it's made for texters.

Some press pics of the upcoming iDEN Motorola i465 have surfaced today online, so you might as well take a good peek at the device. Specifications aren't its stong side, and include a QWERTY keyboard, VGA camera, Bluetooth 2.0 support, and of course, iDEN PTT (Push-to-Talk) capability.
No carriers have announced their plans to pick up the device so far.

AT&T will be offering two new handsets sometime in the near future, the Samsung Shift and LG Etna, for all you messaging junkies. The Shift is a 2G candybar phone with a full QWERTY keyboard. The Etna is a rather low-end device with EDGE, VGA camera and other basic features. Does any of these make up a good purchase?

During the MWC 2009 event, i-mate has announced a couple of its new smartphones, including the Legionnaire (pic) and Centurion. The first is a full-touchscreen handset bound for release in Q3 of 2009 for $500. The second doesn't have a touchscreen, but it does come with a QWERTY keyboard, as well as HSDPA support, GPS, Bluetooth, 2Mpix camera. The Centurion will be available in the second half of 2009 for $550.

The i-mate's so called Project Centurion is so far the smallest QWERTY smartphone on the market running a Windows Mobile OS. It has the size of a credit card, and features a 2Mpix camera, d-pad navigation keys, QWERTY keyboard, and support for HSDPA data networks. The release is scheduled in the end of this year.

A photo of the new Pantech-branded PCD TXT8020 has surfaced today, and it looks pretty weird. Not only does it have the slider form-factor, it also has a swiveling display and a full QWERTY keyboard. Supposedly it will come to Verizon, but we do not have any release dates and prices.
