It looks like Rogers subscribers in Canada now have another cool BlackBerry to choose from, and just in time for Christmas. We're talking about the BlackBerry 8900, previously known as Javelin. The expected price is $179.99 on a 3-year contract. The handset is also available in Germany from T-Mobile, but it doesn't seem it will appear in the U.S.

As expected, Rogers has released the Noki E71 yesterday. It is available for order now through telesales and is priced at $99.99 CAD, including a 3-year contract with a $45+ worth voice/data plan.
And even if you don't like the E71, there's always the recently released BlackBerry Curve 8900 at your disposal.

According to Boy Genius, Rogers will be launching a pink BlackBerry Bold sometime soon. Obviously they're targeting the female market, as pink handsets are definitely not for men. Also, the carrier has confirmed the pricing and launch date of the BlackBerry Curve 8900 - $149.99 with a 3-year contract coming in January 2009.

Rogers Wireless will soon start selling the Nokia E71. The phone is fully compatible with the carrier's HSPA network, and will cost around $500 unlocked. However, we suggest you to wait until subsidized prices are announced.
Some of the features include a 3.2Mpix camera, GPS, Wi-Fi and microSD card slot.

According to the latest issue of UR Magazine, Rogers will be selling the contract-free version of the HTC Touch Diamond. While the device is nowhere to be seen on the Rogers ' website, the magazine still claims that it will be priced at $599.99. Believe it or not, you decide. Also note that the unlocked HTC Touch costs $449.99 on Rogers.

- BlackBerry Curve 8900 in Q1;
- BlackBerry Storm variant in Q2;

The BlackBerry 8220 Pearl flip has appeared at the Future Shop. While Rogers hasn't officially announced the phone yet, it is already available through Future Shop for $50 with a 3-year contract. We don't know for how long the handset will be listed there, but the main thing is that the official release on Rogers is coming really soon, so no worries.

Rogers has added a new color to the BlackBerry Kickstart. Now the phone is available in Pink. While this is not the best option, it's still nice to know there's another color available for those who want the handset, but hate its original grey painting. You can get the Pink Kickstart now for $49.99 with a 3-year contract.

Rogers and Bell have officially launched OS 4.5 for their Canadian customers.
Rogers released the new OS for the Curve 8310 and 8320, while Bell for the Curve 8330 and Pearl 8130.
Go for the update it you own one of these. Visit the BlackBerry Software Download section and find Bell Mobility and Rogers Wireless links in the very bottom of the page.
