The Samsung Galaxy S6 certainly failed to be the flagship smartphone in which many people hoped for it to be, where there was no SD memory card slot, and neither was the removable battery.

Anyways, perhaps there is some light at the end of the proverbial tunnel, especially when one takes into consideration how the Galaxy S6 Active could come with all of those.

It does seem as though the Galaxy S6 Active will carry most of the hardware specifications from the Samsung Galaxy S6, except that it will not come with a fingerprint scanner and heart-rate monitor, but rather, there will be front physical keys.

Samsung working on the Android 5.0 Lollipop update for Galaxy A series

Last year, Samsung introduced the metal-clad Galaxy A series handsets comprising of the Galaxy A3, A5 and A7, that came with Android 4.4 KitKat pre-installed out of the box. Now Samsung is reportedly working on the Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the handsets.

The publication’s sources further say that the Galaxy Note 2 is not among the list of devices which will get the Android 5.

If you think that you are willing to come to a compromise between a pretty decent smartphone with that of rugged features, Samsung might have just the thing right up your alley.

The Samsung Galaxy Xcover 3 was announced today. The Samsung Galaxy Xcover 3 is touted to adhere to MIL-STD 810G specifications, which means it can handle drops of up to 1.2 meters without missing a beat, while boasting of IP67 rating, which in turn would mean it is dustproof and waterproof for up to 30 minutes when submerged in a body of water that is no deeper than a meter.

Samsung Galaxy S6 is headed to the UK via Carphone Warehouse

Carphone Warehouse is accepting registrations for Samsung's next big thing, calling it the "New Samsung Galaxy."

Samsung will announce its new flagship smartphone on March 1, at MWC 2015 in Barcelona, but it's not clear when the handset is expected to be available to buy.

Carphone Warehouse probably knows a bit more than we do, though for now it's not revealing any specific details about this.

Both the Galaxy Tab A and Tab A Plus mark significant branding departures from typical company policy. The latter sets itself apart in another key area, namely productivity, being the first of its kind to allegedly sport an S Pen.

So, the 8 and 9.4-inch Tab A Plus shall carry stylus support.

Rumor has it on the old continent, the Galaxy S6 is to start at €749, and its curvy sibling at €100 more with a minimum of 32 GB internal storage.

Meanwhile, 64 GB-ers are allegedly priced at €849 and €949 respectively, whereas twice the memory will set you back €949 and €1,049.

No words yet on how those tags might convert stateside, but you’re probably safe to assume the cheapest S6 and S Edge will go for 750 and 850 bucks respectively.

Samsung has already teased the Galaxy phone, and now reports are fleshing out.The Galaxy A7 smartphone has an eight-core processor and a 5.5-inch display. Samsung has officially revealed that the phone has dual 1.8 GHz and 1.3 GHz quad-core processors, based on a 64-bit Snapdragon chip in the phone.Alongside the extra cores, which are becoming commonplace among Samsung’s lineup, the Galaxy A7 includes 16 GB of memory, 2 GB of RAM, and a 2,600 mAh battery.
