Samsung SGH-T769 passes through the FCC

It looks like a Samsung device is headed your way with the model number SGH-T769. The device recently made its way through the FCC, but unfortunately apart from its model number, little to nothing is known about the device.The device sports WCDMA bands of 850/AWS/1900, which seems to indicate that it will most likely be headed T-Mobile’s way, an 800×480 display and appears to be powered by an ARM11 processor.

AT&T Samsung Infuse 4G has finally received the Gingerbread update.The update will be bringingsome new features to your Infuse devices:

  •     Improved Copy and Paste functionality
  •     Redesigned Multi Touch Software Keyboard
  •     Download manager for long running HTTP downloads
  •     Improved power management and application control
  •     Notification Shade: “Flight Mode” added (“Silent” removed)
  •     New Fonts options added include Choco Cooky, Cool Jazz, Rosemary
  •     Keyboard Changes: Android Keyboard with Wider Spaced keys and Quick Keys at the top
  •     New Widgets: The name of the content provider will be listed on the widget list along with the widget name.

For the developers and modders, if you were looking forward to getting some custom apps or ROMs onto the Samsung Galaxy Note, you’re in luck as the device has had its source code released by Samsung.The device has yet to be officially launched in the US and is currently scheduled for a release on the 19th of February.

Samsung Galaxy S III is getting closer and closer to being made ready for the public’s consumption. It seems that a certain Samsung GT-i9300 was referenced online as a device that was listed for WiFi certification.We know that the device exists and that the rumors are saying that the device will unfortunately be passing on MWC 2012. This was semi-confirmed by Samsung execs who were still undecided as to when would be a good time to launch the phone.

Samsung announced Galaxy S Advanced

Samsung has decided to announce the Galaxy S Advanced, its mid-ranged Android smartphone.the device will feature a 4″ 480×800 Super AMOLED display, a 1GHz dual-core processor with 768MB of RAM under the hood, 8/16GB of internal storage, microSD card slot for memory expansion, a 5MP rear-facing camera, a 1.3MP front-facing camera and will run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI.

Samsung GT-i9070 spotted at the FCC

Some time last month, a Samsung phone with the model GT-i9070 made an appearance on the WiFi Certification site, Samsung’s User Agent Profile site and lately it seems to have cleared the FCC sporting GSM/EDGE bands 850 and 1900.Based on the appearance of the device that was leaked, it would appear as though the Samsung GT-i9070 is a variant of the company’s Galaxy S2, albeit a lower-end variant.

According to some recent rumors it looks like AT&T will be launching the oversized Android smartphone on February 18th.As far as the price goes, this is also currently only in the rumor stage however it is expected to arrive at $299.99 on a two-year agreement.The Galaxy Note will bring Android 2.3 Gingerbread and 4G LTE connectivity along with a 5.3 inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display, dual-core 1.
