According to FCC, the Samsung U440 Cleo won't be a Canada's exclusive. The phone will soon be available in the U.S. from Verizon known only as the Samsung U440. Well, that's something.

Features include:

  • Stereo Bluetooth with A2DP;
  • Threaded SMS;
  • Up to 8GB storg

Samsung a777 Now on AT&T

Starting today the Samsung a777 is available from AT&T, and comes in 4 color options, two of which are currently available at the company's website (red and blue).

The price of $79.99 on contract after rebate is clearly overstated, but maybe they're planning a holiday special or something... I hope.

Telus has announced a new phone with a QWERTY keyboard phone for its subscribers, the Samsung m540 Slyde. Featuring a 2Mpix camera, GPS navigation, 2.1" display, and the QWERTY keyboard this phone comes in either black or pink, and will be available at the following prices:

Samsung Cleo in Canada

The fashionable Samsung Cleo, the only has arrived in Canada, as planned. Though it's been officially launched, it's not for sale just yet, and the price is also kept secret.

Known specs include:

T-Mobile's Holiday Line-Up

T-Mobile has unveiled its holiday line-up of new handsets today. Among them are two new Samsung phones, the Behold and Gravity.

The first is a touchscreen phone with a 5Mpix camera with flash, support for quad-band GSM/EDGE radios, as well as 1700/2100MHz 3G bands. It also supports stereo Bluetooth and GPS. A 1GB microSD card comes included in the package.

Samsung T*Omnia

Samsung has released an updated version of its i900 Omnia smartphone in Korea yesterday. It is called T*Omnia, and differs from the original with a more hi-res screen (WVGA 800 x 480 pixels (up from 400 x 240)), and an added DMB TV tuner. Other features are still the same and include:

  • Quad-band GSM/EDGE;
  • Windows Mobile 6.1;
  • 7.2Mbps HSDPA data;
  • WiFi;
  • GPS;
  • 5Mpix camera;
  • TouchWiz UI

Don't expect it to go on sale in the U.
