According to Modace, Samsung has released an official firmware update for its Omnia handset. The new ROM with the version number DXHH1 can not be installed via Samsung Service Centre’s, instead you can easily find the download link in the Internet. Some of the improvements supposedly include:

FCC has recently showed two new variants of the Samsung Omnia handset, the i910 and i907.
The first is a CDMA phone bound for Verizon Wireless, and the other is a customly designed Omnia for AT&T.
There is no info about these yet, so we'll have to wait for the official confirmation.

Rogers has spread the word about a new addition to its UMA-enabled Talkspot phone lineup, the Samsung t336. For just $49.99 CAD (about $47) on a 3-year contract you'll get a 1.3Mpix camera, 220 x 176 primary and 96 x 96 secondary displays, stereo Bluetooth, and even a Wi-Fi radio.
The phone will appear on shelves later this week.
