Briefly: the Samsung U700 slider is now available in Lovely Pink color in Taiwan. The phone was repainted to celebrate the Chinese Valentine's Day.

Features include:

• GSM 900/1800/1900 MHz + 2.1GHz;
• HSDPA 3.6 Mbps;
• Camera: 3.2Mpix camera (AF) + VGA;
• Display: 2.2” QVGA TFT LCD (262K Colors);

MetrocPCS has added the Samsung Messager to its lineup. The Messager is a sideways slider featuring a full QWERTY keyboard, SMS/MMS/EMS/IM messaging capabilities, 1.3Mpix camera, Bluetooth support, and a micro SD slot (up to 2GB).

No word on pricing and availability as of yet.

And here's another cell phone from Samsung, the Anycall SPH-W3300, which is expected to become available sometime in Q4 2008. Some of its features include:

• Quad-band GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz);
• 3.6Mbps HSDPA data;
• 262K color QVGA display;
• 1.3Mpix camera;
• Bluetooth support

 

This is the newly launched Samsung S7330. The device is pretty similar to the Soul model, and will be available next week for about $500 (unlocked).

• UMTS 2100MHz, GPRS, EDGE, HSDPA data;

According to CNet Asia, Samsung will soon release the white version of its Omnia SGH-i900 windows mobile smartphone in Singapore. However, the new color will be applied only to the back panel, the fron panel will retain the original design.

In addition, a new firmware build for the Omnia will also be released this week in Singapore, and will include some new widget add-ons and chinese text input.

This is Samsung i7110c, the company's latest yet unannounced cameraphone. It looks more like a business handset, but has some consumer-friendly attributes, which make it attractive to regular customers.

The new Samsung SCH-W460 has been approved today by the FCC. It is an entry level clamshell with the following specifications:

• Internal 2" 176 x 220 262k TFT LCD;
• External 1" 96 x 96 LCD display;
• microSD memory card slot;
• 1.3Mpix CMOS camera;
• 26MB internal memory;
• 99 x 49.5 x 16.5mm;
• 104 grams

No word on pricing and availability.

AT&T will soon be offering a new low-end clamshell, the Samsung A237.

Details are scarse, but as far as we know it will feature quad-band GSM/EDGE support, Bluetooth, and a camera.

The phone will be available in blue and red most likely for free with a contract.

Next month three Singaporean MNOs, M1, SingTel and StarHub in colaboration with the national broadcaster MediaCorp, plan to conduct a consumber Mobile TV trial using DVB-H.

For a limited time 300 customers (across the MNOs) will be able to see six dedicated channels.

The handset selected for the trial is the Samsung P960.

Phones4U now offers a metalic pink version of the Samsung U800 Soulb, announced a couple of months ago. As usual, specifications remain the same (HSDPA, 3Mpix, 1GB memory), and also you must know that £10 ($19.77) from each phone sold will be donated to fighting breast cancer.
