Sprint has revealed on Sprint official Tweeter account that a new phone is going to be announced this Thursday.

Here is the Tweeter message: “If you could design a brand new phone, what would it have? Ours will have a hub for gaming, music, pictures and video.”

The device suspected to be the HTC 7 Pro.

This device is featured with a 3.6-inch touchscreen display, a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, a 5-megapixel camera and a landscape-oriented slide-out QWERTY keypad.

Sprint officially announced that February 21 both Samsung Epic 4G and Sanyo Zio will get an update from Android 2.1 Eclair to Android 2.2 Froyo.
