Samsung has recently unveiled its first HSUPA-enabled (advanced W-CDMA) smartphone model called SCH-M470.
Apart from that, the M470 features 2Mpix camera, video telephony, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, push email, and web access with Google search.
Available only in Korea for approximately 600,000 won or $615.

Samsung D780 DuoS is a new mid-range handset with two SIM-slots. It is similar in specs with the lower-end P240 DuoS and will be available soon in Europe for about 300 EUR.
Here are some of its features:
- 15.7mm thick;
- 2Mpix camera;
- 2.1" QVGA display;
- Tri-band (900/1800/1900Mhz) GSM/EDGE radio;
- FM radio;
- microSD card slot.

As expected, Samsung F490 was launched on Vodafone's network.
This is a full-featured smartphone introduced last year; it has a large 3.2" touch-sensitive display with Croix interface, a 5Mpix camera, HSDPA support, stereo Bluetooth, microSD slot, and much more.
The official price is unknown as of yet.

FCC has recently revealed the new Samsung SGH-i788, and apparently it is the U.S. version of the existing i780 model.
It is quite possible that the new model won't feature all the same specs as its older brother (HSDPA, GPS or Wi-Fi may be lacking on this one), but it will surely keep the touchscreen, and will most likely run the latest Windows Mobile 6.1 OS.

Here's yet another handset announced at CTIA 2008 by Verizon.
The new Samsung SCH-U740 aka Alias is basically a clamshell style cell phone, but can also be opened horizontally to reveal a QWERTY keyboard underneath the internal screen. It will be available in silver color scheme and will feature a 1.3Mpix camera, Bluetooth support, microSD card slot, and AIM, MSN, and Yahoo! instant messaging.

announced the upcoming launch of its new MediaFLO-powered Mobile TV
service.
It is expected to be available sometime in May on two
exclusive handsets, the Prada-like LG Vu and the newly announced
Samsung Access.

carrier's new Mobile TV service.
This is a 3G candy bar cell phone

phone will be released in May.

SGH-T339 models.
Both have a clamshell form factor, nice look, and

announced.
